EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason, provided the items are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Please note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or unsealed personal care products. This exemption applies under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

For all other customers outside the EU, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
